# Security Context failed error

The fix is to use a VPN, some free recommended VPNs are [1.1.1.1](/volt-help/beginners/1.1.1.1.md) and [proton-vpn](/volt-help/beginners/proton-vpn.md), you can use any other VPN if you have one.

This is not Volt's fault. it simply means your Wi-Fi is blocking Volt's connection and a VPN is required.
