# how to reset HWID

if you are getting kicked inside a game and get this message:

go to the DISCORD server for the script you are trying to use, and in their DISCORD server, reset your hwid in a panel that looks like this:

then try to run your script again.\

IF you get a `Hardware ID mismatch` error like this:

then click the account button:

scroll down to the bottom and press the `Reset HWID`:

after pressing `Reset HWID`, go back and try to launch Roblox again.
